As these are customized digital services, they are non-tangible and cannot be “returned” once delivered.

Since we offer digital and service-based solutions, returns are not applicable once the project work has started or deliverables have been shared.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

  • The project has not been initiated within 10 business days after payment (without prior notice).
  • A duplicate payment or technical billing error occurred.
  • The service cannot be delivered due to mutually agreed or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • SEO services after initial optimization work has begun.
  • Paid advertising campaigns once ad budget has been spent or ads are live.
  • Content creation services after drafts are delivered.
  • Custom website development after design approval or development initiation.
  • Customized digital marketing strategies once shared with the client.

5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  2. Mention your invoice/order number
  3. Clearly explain the reason for your request
  4. Attach any relevant documents

We will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days.

6. Refund Processing

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
